The role

You’ll be the person who represents our brand in dispensaries across North Jersey. Most weeks you’ll run in-store pop-ups, train budtenders on our products, connect with customers, and occasionally represent us at trade shows and industry events. You’ll also capture content on the job, posting from our pop-ups and events to keep our community in the loop.

You don’t need to be a hash expert on day one, but you should know your way around cannabis. We’ll teach you everything about solventless and how our products are made. What we need is someone who knows how to represent a brand and make people want to learn more.

What you'll do

• Run daily in-store activations at partner dispensaries, plus select trade shows and consumer events
• Learn our products inside and out, then train budtenders and retail staff on what sets solventless apart
• Help customers find the right product and answer their questions
• Shoot and post photos, video, and stories from activations and events to your own accounts, following our brand and compliance guidelines
• Keep displays, signage, and promo materials stocked and sharp
• Send a short recap after each event with photos, inventory used, and customer feedback
• Follow all New Jersey cannabis marketing and age-verification rules

What we're looking for

• 21 years or older
• 1+ year of brand ambassador, promotional, or event marketing experience in any industry
• A track record of driving sales or engagement at in-store demos, sampling events, or activations
• Working knowledge of cannabis products and consumption methods (flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates) and comfort talking about them with customers
• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers and reading a room
• Quick learner who's excited to become an expert on a craft product
• Comfortable creating social content on the fly, with a good eye for photos and short-form video
• Valid driver's license and reliable car for travel within North Jersey
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs of event equipment
• Available evenings and weekends for activations and events

Bonus points

• Budtending or dispensary retail experience
• Any familiarity with concentrates, hash, or rosin
• Experience representing craft or premium products (spirits, craft beer, coffee, specialty food, etc.)
• An existing social following
• Bilingual English/Spanish
