Step 0101Genetic Selection
We hunt genetics with terpene and cannabinoid profiles you can't find anywhere else. That means working with heritage farms sitting on strain lineages they've guarded for generations. We're always chasing the next flavor with them.
Step 0202Test Washing
Once material looks right, we test wash it. That tells us whether a strain holds up to ice water extraction before it ever sees production. Flavor, potency, yield: it all has to clear our bar, then survive a team taste test. Only then does it run. We keep a full spread of flavor profiles on the menu, so we're always washing something new.
Step 0303Pressing & Collection
Every batch presses on Rosin Tech machines we designed ourselves and have refined for years as the craft moves forward. We run manual press stations on purpose. Hands on the bench means heat and pressure stay dialed on every pull. Small batch, every time.
Step 0404Curing Methods
Washed and pressed, the rosin goes into airtight jars to cure. We keep them sealed, rotate them, and watch the material close, holding each genetic at its right temperature. When the cold cure hits the consistency we want, it's ready for the last step: packaging.
