Terms of Sale.

This shop sells apparel and accessories only. We do not sell, ship, or deliver cannabis products through this website. Cannabis products are available only at licensed dispensaries.

You must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid United States shipping address and payment method.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you pay.

All items are subject to availability. If an item sells out after you order it, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

We try to describe and price everything accurately, but errors happen. If an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price or with a material error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, including where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where we cannot ship to your address.

We accept major credit and debit cards, processed by our payment provider, and pay-over-time through Sezzle where offered. Card details are entered on our provider’s secure form and are never stored on our servers.

Paying in installments through Sezzle is an agreement between you and Sezzle, on their terms. We are not a party to it.

Your card is authorized when you place the order and charged once your items are reserved. If we cannot reserve your items, the authorization is released and you are not charged.

Sales tax is calculated based on your delivery address where applicable and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to your address.

Colors and finishes can vary between screens and between production runs, and printed placement can vary slightly between garments. These variations are not defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights regarding faulty goods.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
